If you are inspecting scratches and digs in accordance with MIL-PRF-13830B, MIL-C-675C, ANSI/OEOSC OP1.002:2009 (Visibility), or ISO 10110-7 / ISO 14997 (Visibility), then there is only one set currently available for consideration; the ThorLabs (Micros Optics) - Scratch-Dig Panel. However, the scratches and digs in this set comprise of photolithographically marked patterns, and as such are not defined in accordance with section 3.5.1.1 of the MIL-PRF-13830B standard.
Yes… an alternative option is coming!
Understanding the need for a consistent and reliable source of scratch and dig visual comparison targets, RedLux has been working on finalising a new set of Scratch-Dig Comparison References. Importantly, they will be suitable for both visual inspection and machine vision calibration, covering MIL-PRF-13830B, MIL-C-675C, ANSI/OEOSC OP1.002:2009 (Visibility), and ISO 10110-7 / ISO 14997 (Visibility).
